Who we are
About Sober Sisters in St. Louis
Sober Sisters in St. Louis is a community for women who are curious about their relationship with alcohol, or who have chosen to live alcohol-free, and are looking for connection and support.
This isn’t a program or a one-right-way path.
It’s a space to gather, reflect, and explore what feels more aligned, whether that means taking a break from drinking, redefining your relationship with alcohol, or continuing an alcohol-free life.
Why We Exist
Alcohol is deeply woven into stress relief, celebration, motherhood, friendships, and identity.
Questioning that relationship can feel lonely.
Sober Sisters in St. Louis exists to make that process feel less isolating and more human, rooted in connection, conversation, and compassion.
