Meet Jen

There was a time when I felt like I needed a title: Dietitian. Coach. Speaker. Podcast host. Alcohol-free. Sports nutritionist. All of that may be true.

But more and more, I experience myself simply as someone deeply curious about what drives us: our cravings, urges, habits, striving, and discomfort.

For years, my work has been nutrition-focused: inflammation, heart health, perimenopause, sports performance, digestion. I still love and do that work.

But over time, especially through my training with psychologist and coach Amy Johnson, PhD, my focus expanded.

(While I’m not a psychologist, this work deepened how I understand cravings, habits, and human behavior.)

I became interested in something deeper:

  • Why do we reach for the drink?

  • Why do we override our bodies?

  • Why do we believe our thoughts so quickly?

My work now lives at that intersection.

One of my favorite quotes by Douglas Harding says:

“Can’t you see? I’m just space for you to be.”

That’s what I offer. Not a program. Not a consultation. Not a “bettering.” Just space.

If you’d like a thoughtful, non-judgmental conversation: about drinking, urges, identity shifts, or the discomfort that comes with change, you’re welcome here.

Please note: I am not trained in alcohol addiction treatment. If you need clinical or addiction-specific support, I encourage working with a licensed addiction professional.
